I just want to let you know, you are always in our hearts and in our prayers! I wish you the fruit of Spirit in your life, kuya Alan, and let me enumerate them, these are:

Love-
May God's love and grace be upon you always..
Joy-
of knowing that you have God's salvation and love.
Peace-
Even when things are in chaos around you, there is always that peace that only God can provide knowing He is there with you to fall back on, whatever situation we are in. 
 Longsuffering-
 Is a fruit of the Spirit, the opposite of it is a work of the flesh. As we contrast the two, it is easy to decide which we want in our lives. Not only is longsuffering essential to living a God-pleasing life, it is also essential to living a happy life. So we can say that it has great promise in the life that now is, and in that which is to come.
Kindness
 The quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. And this sounds like you, kuya Alan!
Goodness- 
That we can only get from God."For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth". Ephesians 5:9
Faithfulness-
 "I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith". (Ephesians 3:16-17)
Gentleness
 We will forgive readily, because any offense toward us is nothing compared to our offenses against God—offenses He's already forgiven (Matthew 18:23-35)
Self-control
 When we are saved by Christ's sacrifice, we are free (Galatians 5:1). That liberty includes, among other things, freedom from sin. “Our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin” (Romans 6:6). Now, as the Spirit gives us self-control, we can refuse sin.

Believers need self-control because the outside world and internal forces still attack 
(Romans 7:21-25). Like a vulnerable city, we must have defenses. A wall around an ancient city was designed to keep out the enemy. Judges at the gates determined who should be allowed in and who should remain outside. Soldiers and gates enforced those decisions. In our lives, these defenses might include avoiding close relationships with sinners, meeting with other believers, and meditating on the life-giving Word of God. We don’t exhibit self-control if we continually dally with that which would enslave us
Kuya Alan, God is telling you that, " He knows what you are going through and He is telling you to keep your eyes to Jesus!" because the moment we look at the storm of life around us, we will definitely drown. That is why God is telling us to keep our eyes to Jesus! Ask me why I know.
God is truly good in our lives, because the moment I was about to drown focusing on my problems instead of giving it all to God, as my faith shinks to almost nothing, that's when I felt so depressed, but God is a God of mercy because at the time when I almost drowned,  I called unto Him and He is there to pick me up! I called and He answered!
God's love and grace is everlasting...
He just made me realized I cannot have faith and be depressed at the same time. That is why he is telling us NOT to focus on the things seen for this are temporal, but rather focus on the things unseen for this is ETERNAL. Glory to God!

So always put on the armor of God so God can protect you from the wiles and schemes of the enemy. Just remember,  we are more than conquerors in Christ who gives us strength in our weakest moments.

"Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.(1 Timothy 6:12)
 I love you so much Kuya, more than you'll ever know from the heart. By the way, I just want you to know sometimes I'd wake up at night as the Holy Spirit urging me to pray for you...
God is telling you, He really loves you, so pray without ceasing, for He cares for you! We are bombarding heavens to protect you and heal you with any infirmities and keep you whole by the blood of Jesus!

May He also cover you with the precious blood of Jesus! May HE give you all the best in life can bring, not to be farther from Him but as a tool to be near in His presence. Because there is nothing can replaced the love of Christ. He is ever forgiving, His love is everlasting..in our weakest He is strongest.  We love you, kuya, from the heart!

WE must look up to the eyes of the Lord, have constant regard to Divine Providence, act in dependence on its guidance and submission to its disposals. Let us fix our faith on Christ, and view Him carrying on his work according to his own glorious plan, and daily bringing his spiritual building nearer to completion.
